Warranty:
The products that you have purchased from ShakerHood.com have a 90-day defect return policy with receipt showing the date of purchase.
Return Steps:
- Contact us for return authorization number and copy invoice.
- Place this number on both the inside and outside of your return package.
- You must prepay the return freight.
- We do not accept damaged or altered goods on returns.
- All goods must be in the same condition as when shipped from ShakerHood.com.
- We do not pay for shipping on returned items.
Unwanted and Unused Merchandise:
- Return for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns on used merchandise.
VERY IMPORTANT:
We WILL NOT exchange or replace any electrical parts.
All electrical parts are tested before shipping.
We WILL NOT be responsible for damages incurred or caused by installation of said parts.
