Ordering Parts

Place an order online or by phone. For phone orders contact Tom at 360-943-6633. We do not accept COD payment method (Cash on Delivery) We do not accept the American Express Credit card payment method.

Shipping:

Shipping charges vary based on package weight and size

Warranty:

The products that you have purchased from ShakerHood.com have a 30-day defect return policy with receipt showing the date of purchase.

Return Steps:

  1. Contact us for return authorization number and copy invoice.
  2. Place this number on both the inside and outside of your return package.
  3. You must prepay the return freight.
  • We do not accept damaged or altered goods on returns.
  • All goods must be in the same condition as when shipped from ShakerHood.com.
  • We do not pay for shipping on returned items.

Unwanted and Unused Merchandise:

  • Return for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns on used merchandise.

VERY IMPORTANT:

We WILL NOT exchange or replace any electrical parts. All electrical parts are tested before shipping. We WILL NOT be responsible for damages incurred or caused by installation of said parts.
